Administering Questionnaires On The Internet

Collecting questionnaire data via the Internet is the preferred method of response collection, allowing you to centralize questionnaire administration to a very broad target audience, reduce resource and overhead costs associated with paper questionnaires, and provide immediate access to analysis by converting responses into electronic data automatically. This workshop focuses on server setup, strategies for large data collection projects, server sustainability over time, and the application of the technologies to collect alternate forms of data.

School Improvement Questionnaire Solutions

This workshop is a combination of addressing effective questionnaire data analysis, and creating graphic illustrations of questionnaire results that are meaningful and easy to create and use.

School Improvement Questionnaire Solutions, or School IQ, is our collection of custom-designed database applications that analyze questionnaire data for the standard Education for the Future staff, student, and parent questionnaires. The use of such an application is an essential ingredient in effectively disaggregating and using questionnaire data. With School IQ, data may be gathered on-line, via scannable forms, or hand entered directly into the application. School IQ also contains a set of MS Excel graphing templates for each questionnaire. Graphing results involves providing your results in illustrations that are meaningful and easy to understand for your audience, and so they can be used to effect change and improve education.

Guided by Bradley Geise, the author of the School IQ toolset, this workshop will show participants how to turn the raw data into graphs that effectively communicate the questionnaire results to a variety of audiences.
