The purpose of this workshop is to give participants an overview of the School Portfolio process and product. Learn about the School Portfolio and how its ongoing system of evaluation and monitoring will assist you in the decision making process. Victoria Bernhardt, Executive Director of Education for the Future, will walk participants through the elements of the School Portfolio, and allow them time to process information between elements. Data Analysis, creating a vision and plan for improvement, aligning all aspects of the organization to this vision, and tools to assist with these are introduced. Participants will learn how to assess whether or not their learning organization’s efforts are making a difference.
This workshop is designed for staffs or school leadership teams who will capture the information for their entire staffs to implement the School Portfolio as well as anyone desiring to know more about the School Portfolio and the School Portfolio Toolkit. This workshop can be one or 2 days.
