Collecting questionnaire data via the Internet is cost and resource efficient, allowing you to administer questionnaires from one central location to a wide audience. When using online forms to collect data, responses are converted to numeric data automatically and can be saved to independent database files. Response data can then be easily brought into other applications for analysis and graphing.

Collecting Data Via Scannable Forms

We strive to achieve 100% participation in all of our questionnaires. Collecting data via scannable forms is sometimes necessary for clients who we cannot bring into a lab or other environments where online responses can be submitted. This is most often true when unable to administer parent questionnaires during parent-teacher conferences.
